Why am I not seeing Instacart batches?

Not seeing batches can happen because of low demand, too many shoppers, weak timing, distance from stores, or platform-specific account factors.

A quiet screen does not always mean you are doing something wrong. Demand changes by store, time, day, weather, customer behavior, and how many shoppers are nearby.

If you are waiting a long time, track where you waited, how long you waited, and whether you eventually accepted a batch. That helps separate a slow day from a bad waiting strategy.

GigLogging cannot control or explain a platform algorithm, but it can help you build a record of what happens in your own market.

How GigLogging helps

GigLogging separates waiting in a store zone from waiting outside one, then connects that waiting history to your later orders when possible.
